Racanelli construction has been retained to complete the renovation and reconstruction of an existing factory building (former Bulova Watchcase Factory) in Sag Harbor by 2013. The project is valued at $35,500,000. Racanelli is in the process of renovating a 100 year old factory into luxury condominiums, as well as construction of 9 townhouses and a recreation building with an outside pool. The factory building will feature exposed heavy floor timbers and exposed wood plank ceilings.
