Racanelli Construction Company, Inc. Completes $10 Million Raymour & Flanigan Furniture Showroom in Patchogue

Racanelli Construction Company, Inc. completed its eighth Raymour & Flanigan Furniture Showroom – the latest in Patchogue, NY. The company served as the General Contractor for the project which required the company to established structural stability from a condemned structured. It involved the complete structural overhaul of an existing building, the construction of a 12,000 square foot extension to that building, as well as a complete interior fit out. In total the one-floor building consists of 62,000 square feet. The building materials used in the project included: structural steel, sawn cut lumber, dimensional lumber, concrete metal and glazing, TPO roofing membrane, gypsum board, acoustical ceiling tile and ceramic tile.
