Bay Shore, NY – Feb. 2025 – Racanelli Construction Co. is proud to announce the successful completion of a state-of-the-art 38,509.95 square foot Memory Care Facility in Bay Shore, New York, developed in collaboration with Netherbay LLC. This landmark project marks the first partnership between Racanelli Construction Co. and Netherbay LLC., demonstrating Racanelli’s commitment to excellence in the construction of specialized facilities.
Construction of the three-story Memory Care Facility began on June 14, 2023, and reached completion on January 31, 2025. The facility has been thoughtfully designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for residents. Among its features is a beautifully constructed gazebo and a variety of amenities aimed at fostering community and enhancing the living experience for residents.
The project employed a wide array of high-quality materials, ensuring durability and safety. Some of the notable materials utilized in the project include precast planking, gypcrete, structural steel, millwork, trusses, manufactured siding, fire sprinkler systems, electrical and fire alarm systems, as well as mechanical and plumbing materials.
