Racanelli Construction Company, Inc. has been named the General Contractor by Restaurant Depot (College Point, NY) for a new pre-engineered metal building to be located in Port Chester, NY.
The project involves a 20,000-square foot, one story pre-engineered metal building with a metal building canopy along with significant interior renovations and tenant improvements, including: a refrigerated space for cooler/freezer warehousing, structural upgrades to the existing building, and replacement of the mechanical, electrical and safety systems. There will also be site improvements consisting of a new asphalt paved parking lot and landscaping.
This is a fast track project with a tight budget that involves coordinating with multiple trades within the existing space and with limited site access on two sides of the building.
