Racanelli Construction Company is currently working on the construction of a 48,000-square foot Para Rescue Training Facility on behalf of the New York Air National Guard. The facility, located at 150 Old Riverhead Road in Westhampton Beach, features a brick and metal façade with green metal roof. In addition to its construction work, site work including landscaping and the construction of two large parking lots was also provided. Within the facility’s interior, Racanelli provide office and classrooms on one side of the building and the training facilities on the opposite side.
What makes this facility particularly noteworthy is its 60-foot parachute washing tower on the south side of the building. On the tower’s exterior, there is a 50-foot climbing wall.
