Racanelli Awarded Atria Assisted Living Project in Upstate New York

Racanelli Construction Company was recently awarded a construction and renovation project for the Atria Assisted Living community in upstate New York. The fast-track project, located at 321 North Highland Avenue in Ossining, will involve renovations on a 10.3 acre site and gut renovation on a 133,335-square foot building, including reconfiguration of common areas, modifications to interiors and parking area layout. Additionally, the Atria project will entail exterior façade improvements, the construction of a new front entry, structural renovations and a full upgrade of all mechanical and plumbing systems. The project will be completed within one year.
