Racanelli Construction Company, Inc. recently completed a multi-split, three-level, 147,000 square foot facility for Atria on the Hudson in Ossining, NY. The facility, which consists of 122 rooms, also features a full commercial kitchen, conference room, library, formal and private dining rooms, recreation room, indoor pool, fitness room and theatre. The complex is further enhanced with an outdoor recreation area with a gazebo. Extensive site work was performed encompassing parking lots, asphalt and concrete paving, as well as landscaping and irrigation. In its role as construction manager, Racanelli’s services ranged from planning and securing of municipal approvals, subcontractor procurement and management of all construction administrative processes, to conducting subcontractor and owner meetings, meeting mechanical systems and energy requirements, coordinating LEED Silver documentation, commissioning of the building and training of building staff.
