Racanelli Construction Company, Inc., a leading construction management, general contractor, and design/build resource for commercial, industrial, retail, medical, pre-engineered, and multi-unit residential projects, recently served as the General Contractor on a project awarded by Venture One (Rosemont, IL) a real estate private equity fund manager, developer and operating company specializing in the industrial property sector, in partnership with Affinius Capital, an integrated institutional real estate investment firm. The project titled, VENTURE PARK HAUPPAUGE. was awarded on April 8, 2022, and completed on December 23, 2023. It is located at 49 Wireless Boulevard, Hauppauge, NY.
The project involved the construction of a 123,970 square foot single story, Class A warehouse facility situated on 7.4 acres. 40 dedicated trailer parking positions. It is less than one mile from the Long Island Expressway (I-495) and within the Hauppauge Innovation Park.
The building features 36’ clear height, 52’ x 50’bays, 130 truck courts, 131 car parking stalls, and 40 dedicated trailer parking positions. It is comprised of an industrial pre-cast tilt-up panel system including 29 loading dock bays with dock levelers, and a TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) membrane roofing system with double R-30 rigid insulation. Other services provided by Racanelli Construction was full sitework inclusive of all new utilities, plumbing, sanitary and drainage systems, HVAC equipment and ductwork, and electrical switchgear and fire alarm system. .Fire sprinklers, landscaping and parking lot were also components of the project.
