Rubie’s Costume Company, Inc. Selects Racanelli Construction Company, Inc. for a Another Major Building Project

Racanelli Construction Company, Inc., has been named the General Contractor for a major building project for Rubie’s Costume Company, Inc. (Richmond Hill, NY), the world’s leading manufacturer and distributor of costumes, consists of new construction, the contract includes: A pre-engineered Ceco Building 196,000 square foot and 40 feet high with a 50,000 square foot mezzanine, solar panels, large clear spans and a state of the art advanced lighting and heating system in Bayshore, NY. Racanelli has done numerous projects for Rubie’s Costume in the past. The project is being performed on a fast track schedule with Racanelli overseeing all phases, subcontractor procurement to construction administration, mechanical systems, energy requirement coordination, safety management. Racanelli self-performed the management, general conditions and construction of the project.
